I love people; I always have. The desire to help individuals and groups align with the universal values of love, peace, presence and freedom has burned within me for a long time. It truly makes me happy to see people show up authentically, as themselves. For the majority of my life I was not authentic. I was living to earn the approval of others, to fit into the systems, or structures, that were presented to me. I frequently struggled with anxiety, fear, insecurity, and never really felt the sense that I was “enough”. I have intimate experience with loss, heartache, and grief.
I had been on the path of inner work and healing for roughly 3 years before two intentional experiences with Mushrooms. These were deeply spiritual; I was touched to the core in a way that I cannot explain. I sensed the love of God/Universe/Spirit with my entire being. The insights that I received from this natural sacrament was categorically different. I was provided a felt sense, an internal knowing that I WAS GOOD, JUST AS I AM. There was nothing more to do; I was okay just being me. Having guided people in different community and vocational settings in the past, I knew that I wanted to guide people ceremonially with sacred medicines.
About one year later, I had two experiences with 5-MeO-DMT, commonly referred to as the “God Molecule”. I’ll just share two words from these experiences: SACRED CORE. 5-MeO revealed the “sacred” within me and touched my “core” directly. It was the most important moment of my existence to date. I then founded Open Heart Sanctuary so that I could provide a safe space for people to receive natural entheogens (“god within”) within a ceremonial setting. The reverence and intentionality that people bring to this process changes everything. At Open Heart we serve these sacraments with great reverence for you to connect with the divine within yourself. In our experience, this connection brings about healing, love, presence and service to all. We have found that when people come ready to receive with reverence and intentionality, they experience a profound shift that enhances their lives for the betterment of the entire planet.

I’m a mom, partner, friend, sister, daughter, psychotherapist, and presently a coach and facilitator of psychedelic medicines.
My journey began working in the field of psychotherapy. As someone who also has a background history of trauma, I felt called to help others work through their past trauma, attachments, and work to live a full life in the present. I found myself drawn to working with couples and all things relationship related. Through my work in the field of trauma and relationships I began to hear about the benefits of psychedelics. My interest was piqued and I dove headfirst into my own healing journey.
My experience in medicine cracked me open in the best way possible. My own process with psilocybin helped me to process and release so much that I was stuck with from my past. As I continued further with sacred medicines, I was able to connect more deeply with myself, others, the world around me, and my spirituality. I began to understand that the medicine was so much more than I originally thought. I discovered that I could release the past, transcend trauma, and move into expansion of self. That was where I began to connect more with the medicine and felt the calling to serve others with these sacred medicines. This work is my passion, purpose, and calling…and I am honored to be able to bring healing and growth to others.
